As a veteran or serving soldier, you already know the value of having a mentor. Warrant Officer's Mentor young officers and Section Commanders mentor their Cpls. Even at the senior officer level you are expected to seek out mentorship. The military has always valued the expertise and wisdom of the older soldier because they streamline the learning process. In the same way, Sol2Lead looks to have a somebody with wisdom and experience in the trade you're looking to break into provide you some of that valuable insight. Help your make informed decisions and avoid known pitfalls.
